The Chairman of the Board of Directors presented COMPETE 2030 and projects co-funded by COMPETE 2020 in the area of health, at the round table ‘Portugal 2030, a new horizon and a new hope’.
On the 23rd and 24th of October, the Alentejo region hosted the 4th Meeting of the COMPETE 2030 Monitoring Committee. This meeting sought to strengthen dialogue and collaboration, boosting the development of initiatives co-financed by the Programme.
At COMPETE 2030's most recent “Good Conversations” event, we welcomed Eduardo Matos, from Microsoft, where employees had the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in this field.
The Aeros MH-1 nanosatellite, co-financed by COMPETE 2020, was honoured as Mission of the Year at the 2024 Small Satellites Conference in the United States.
The recognition was awarded for her work on the metastasisation of triple negative breast cancer to the bones, contributing to the development of new therapeutic strategies.
